Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, uncut, and in original packaging.
  • We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-printed or personalized products
  • Cut-to-size packaging
  • Clearance or bulk discounted orders

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
